Ankita starting performing as a child at the age of 6th. The gifted child was trained in music by her uncle Shri Laxmikant Ravande at the age of 5. this young child had the courage to meet the stalwart vocalist Sangit Martand Pandit Jasraj at age of Ten in the green room of Savai Gandharv music festivals at Pune. As a childhood she has always admired Pandit Jasraji & followed his musical expressions in her own little way.
The maestro as a student after listing to her Raag Bihag in the green room & told her to come to Mumbai for the guidance under his tutelage & her further journey on the path of music begain. With blessing of her Guru today she accepted in the Pandit Jasraji’s family as their own in every respect as of now she is also studying in S.N.D.T final year of Graduation with music as her main subject.

2. She has recorded Sarswati spiritual for Time Music produced by Art & Artiste’s
3. Scholarship by rotary club of Hyderabad.
4. She has performed in various T.V channels like Zee TV , Sa Re Ga ,Saihyadri , DD,special features on Krishna Janma , music café.
5.She has got many prizes at National levels in Youth Festivals .
6.she has performed at Sankat Mochan ,Sangeet Samaroh 2008 Banaras.
7.Pandit Motiram & Pandit Maniram Sangheet Samaroh Hyderabad golden voice golden years the celebration of Pandit Jasraji 50 years of performing year.
